On September 24th, 11 teams from across the district, took part in the Stags Head Trophy.
Teams were given several grid coordinates to mark on their map and then sent out to navigate from point to point. Most of the coordinates were manned by leaders, these leaders had riddle for the teams to answer at each base. Also the teams were given a number of items to collect whilst hiking.
After a long day all the teams were back, and the scores needed to be sorted. Colbury came first, followed by Sandleheath ,then Lyndhurst, the scores are shown in the table.
With young people attendance of approx. 55 from 7 troops and leaders and shadows of over 20 people it was a very busy event but successful. Leaders from 8 troops supporting bases.
