Information for Leaders:

Each District is limited to 6 participants each. 3 Cubs will need to be under 9 years old and 3 Cubs will need to be over 9 years old. It’s down to the individual Districts how you decide to choose these Cubs; however, we would encourage you to organise a District-led event to decide participants and a District Starter Pack will be provided to support District teams with organising their own events (Top Trumps Packs not included in this Pack).
Younger Cubs can be included in the older age category, but older Cubs cannot be included in the younger age category.
All participants should be invested members of the Scout Movement. The participants will need to be of the appropriate age by the County event.
Each Cub Pack and Scout Group will need to be responsible for each of the Cub arriving to the event with a completed activity form.
We would require participating Districts to have at least one representative available for the event, to support with correct ratios. It is requested that a young leader from participating District is available to be involved to support with the running of the event activities.
Cubs are welcome to bring a water bottle (filled with either water or squash – no fizzy drinks). However, there will be refreshments served during the event.
The layout of the event will include head-to-head rounds, as well as the opportunity for all participants to be involved in a Top Trumps Turbo Game round.
Parking for the location can be found along the residential streets around the Scout Building.  So please allow time for parking. When parking please be considerate to the Scout Group’s neighbours and residents. There will be no parking available in the “Tourist Board” car park next door – as unauthorised vehicles will be ticketed.
Please could you confirm your District’s availability for this event by 18/02/2024
Please can you also provide the names of your participants to the event organiser by this date.
Please don’t worry if your District cannot provide a full allocation for the event; having representatives being involved from your District is the main objective.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us on [email protected]. Hope to see you all there. Thank You for your cooperation.
