This report is part of a series from members across the district for the Annual General Meeting to be held online on 8th July 2020.
Over the last twelve months since the last AGM we have successfully interviewed 9 new leaders, which breaks down as:
3 Beaver Scout Leader
1 Assistant Cub Scout Leader
3 Assistant Scout Leaders
1 Scout Sectional Assistant
1 Assistant Explorer Scout Leader
Once again the standard of these new applicants has been excellent this year. All credit to the members of the District Team who recruited them.
Plus there have been several Leaders who have changed their roles within our District. We are also managing to keep up to-date with our DBS renewals.
My thanks for their continued help and support must go our Committee, Chairman Graham George, and members Bill and Sheila Littlecott and Carol Stanfield. Plus a very special thanks to Graham who has been with the Committee for 14 years and to Carol who has been with us for over 10 years as both are leaving us.
