A champion of the outdoors and sleeping away from home, Robin has been involved with the Scouts, especially around Lyndhurst, for many years encouraging a love of the outdoors and teaching skills for life.

  • Specific point of contact for Copythorne, Ashurst and Colbury, Eling, Testwood, Ringwood and Poulner Scout groups.
  • Line manager for Assistant District Commissioner (Scouts)
  • Specific point of contact for the Explorer scout units
  • Line manager for Assistant District Commissioner (Inclusion)
    Line manager for Assistant District Commissioner (Development).
  • Team DC representative on District Executive committee and District Team meetings
  • Team DC rep at Cluster meetings
  • Adult leader training compliance
  • Investitures of new volunteers
  • Safeguarding
  • Permits, Nights Away Notifications and Risk Assessment approval.
    District conflict and complaint management.
  • Jointly responsible for the District Development Plan and monthly training compliance
