The District Leadership Team leads and inspires volunteers to give young people great experiences and skills for life.
They make sure their District teams are organised, have enough volunteers, and can deliver a great programme.
Who’s on the team?
Our District Leadership Team is made up of our Lead Volunteer, our Youth Lead, the Team Leaders of our other district teams and the Lead Volunteers from our 12 Scout Groups.

Robin Mair
A champion of the outdoors and sleeping away from home, Robin has been involved with the Scouts, especially around Lyndhurst, for many years encouraging a love of the outdoors and teaching skills for life.
Robin acts as line manager for the District team, approves Nights Away Notifications, and reponds to safety, safeguarding and complaints received among other duties. You can see the full description of the role from the links below.
